Airport Information Desk
In both the North and South Terminals there is a twenty four hour information desk on each arrivals concourse. These are staffed with multi-lingual staff who can answer your questions.
Baby Changing Facilities
The airport has several rooms for feeding and changing babies, in both terminals you will find these in the check-in area, in the transfer area and in Arrivals. These facilities are easily identified by a bottle sign or a baby care symbol. In some of the toilet facilities there are also fold-down tables provided.
Cash and Currency Facilities
There are cash dispensers (ATMs) available in both terminals, both before and after security control, which accept debit and credit cards. International currency is available at the Travelex currency exchanges, which are again located in both terminals, both before and after security control.
Internet
Computers are available throughout the terminals to access the internet, to access you need to pay online with a credit card or coins. Wireless internet access is also available with broadband wireless from T-Mobile, BT Openzone,The Cloud Networks and Surf and Sip.
Left Baggage
Left baggage facilities are available at both terminals, provided by the Excess Baggage Company, in the arrivals area of the
South Terminal and the departures area of the South Terminal. The facility also offers baggage shipping services.
Lost Property
Gatwick airport has its own dedicated lost property service, which is located in the south terminal at the Excess Baggage Company. Please note a charge will be made for each item.

Showers
Showers are available – simply look for a shower room anywhere you see the showerhead symbol.
Smoking Areas
The airport is smoke free, however you will find designated smoking areas outside each terminal.
Places of Worship
Multi-faith chapels may be found at the arrivals concourse on the North Terminal and in The Village in the South Terminal.
