Connecting to an International Flight From Gatwick Airport
Passengers who arrive at Gatwick Airport and need to check in to another flight only need to pass through security control if they have not checked their hold luggage through or they do not hold a valid ticket or boarding pass. Otherwise passengers can proceed to their check in gate, or if they need to transfer to another terminal, go to Flight Connections to transfer.
Connecting to a Domestic Flight From Gatwick Airport
All passengers will need to pass through passport control and baggage reclaim, and then check in (or if you have an onward ticket go to security control).
Connecting to other Airports
Direct connections are available via the National Express coach services to Heathrow and Stansted, as well as to Luton Parkway via train. For connections to other airports visit www.transportdirect.info to help you plan your journey.
Baggage - Gatwick Security Information
If you have an international flight and your luggage is checked through to your final destination, you do not need to pass through customs control. If you do need to collect your baggage at London Gatwick, go through passport control and then follow the signs to "Baggage Reclaim", after you have collected your bags proceed to your check in desk.
